We wish to inform you that EXIM Bank has approved the revision on Whistleblowing Policy effective 15 December 2020 pursuant to the new reporting structure of the Integrity & Investigation Department (IID), which took effect on 1 January 2020. This reporting structure is in line with the MACC’s Guideline for the Management of Integrity and Governance Unit 2019, whereby the Integrity Unit/Department reports independently to the Independent Committee that will oversee the overall issues of corruption, fraud, malpractice and unethical conducts in the organisation.
